Before you book an appointment with Natural Health Wellness Clinic, PLEASE read and review our

appointment scheduling terms and policies.

Appointment Deposit Requirement:

 

All appointment bookings and services require a deposit of 50% of total service amount. This NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required, and must be made at time of each and every appointment that you schedule or book with us (regardless of service or treatment, Including Telehealth appointments).

We accept all major credit cards; (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover). We also accept PayPal payments, and your

FSA and HSA spending benefits as methods of payment as well.

All deposits paid will be deducted from the total amount of the cost of the service and/or treatment that you book and receive at our clinic, and will serve is credit towards whichever service that you book with us.

PLEASE NOTE:

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE...If you NO-SHOW for a scheduled appointment. OR if you cancel an appointment in less than the 24-hours of your allotted scheduled or booked time, (Per our stated Cancellation Policy below) ,

YOU WILL FORFEIT your deposit, pre-paid vouchers, and any other deposits will serve as a "cancellation fee- recovery chargeNO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is very important to us. We reserve an agreed upon day and time just for you so that we can provide with you with the specific attention and care that you need and deserve.

However, we understand that sometimes unexpected events happen, and schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointments, including Telehealth appointments.

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT AT LEAST 24 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT, SERVICE VOUCHER, (AND/OR A CANCELLATION FEE/ RECOVERY CHARGE EQUAL TO YOUR DEPOSIT AMOUNT).

ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED DEPOSIT, SERVICE AMOUNT, or PRE-PAID VOUCHER AMOUNT.  (WHICHEVER APPLIES).
